What is the best affiliate software for a SaaS?
Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page on 28 August 2026.
The prices in this category are further apart than the products are, which usually means something other than features is being charged for. What you are really buying is the payout plumbing: tracking a referral through signup, attributing the revenue, and paying a stranger reliably every month without you doing it by hand.
So the first question is not which tool. It is which payment processor you are already on, because native support for it removes the part of this that breaks. The second is what the pricing does as revenue grows, since several of these are tiered on the money flowing through them rather than a flat fee.
One disclosure, since this is a page recommending affiliate software: several tools on this site pay us a commission, and that is listed in full on the disclosure page.
Our pick
The cheapest real option at $19, with native Stripe, Paddle and Polar payouts rather than Stripe alone, and MCP and AI-agent integrations included. Built by one person with twelve years in affiliate marketing, which shows in what it chooses to handle. Revenue-tier pricing can jump quickly at scale, so model it against your own numbers before committing.
What we judged on
- Which payment processors are supported natively
- Monthly cost at the entry tier, and what triggers the next one
- Whether pricing is flat or scales with your revenue
- Whether you need link analytics as well as affiliate tracking
Also worth it
At $49 it is the default for SaaS on Stripe that wants a programme running this afternoon rather than this quarter. Narrower than Affonso on processors, and more than twice the price at the entry tier.
Also $49, and the one to pick if you need more than two seats on the cheapest plan, which is where several rivals stop. Worth comparing tier by tier against Rewardful rather than on the headline, since they are priced alike and split on limits.
At $90 it is the most expensive here and it is doing a different job: link analytics and a partner programme in one product, open source underneath. If short links and attribution are already a thing you were going to pay for, one tool instead of two changes the arithmetic.
Not for this job
At $69 it sits above the two $49 options without a clear reason to at the entry tier. Its case is running more than one programme at once, so if you have several products it earns the difference. For one product it usually does not.

Questions people ask
What is the cheapest affiliate software for a SaaS?
Affonso at $19 a month is the cheapest with real payout support here. Rewardful and FirstPromoter are the next step at $49, and Dub is $90 because it bundles link analytics with the partner programme.
Does it need to support my payment processor natively?
It saves you the part that breaks. Most of these are built around Stripe first; Affonso also handles Paddle and Polar natively, which matters if you sell into the EU through a merchant of record.
When is it worth starting an affiliate programme?
When you have people who already recommend you unprompted. The software tracks and pays affiliates, it does not find them, and a programme launched into an empty room mostly costs a subscription.
